Demand Flexibility Service

Support Grid Resilience. Unlock New Value.

The UK is aiming for a 95% low-carbon powered electricity system by 2030 and to be fully decarbonised by 2035.

To reach these goals, the grid needs more flexible demand from I&C non-domestic energy consumers.

The DESNZ (on behalf of the Government) are therefore appealing to businesses to participate in Demand Led Flexibility which will in turn benefit businesses by cutting energy costs.
