Evolve Energy is seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager under a hybrid working arrangement, with a regular presence at the company’s head office in Lytham St Annes.

Whether it’s flexible trading, billing, or energy strategy, we deliver solutions that go beyond the basics to create real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of business critical, enterprise level projects

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

• Develop detailed project plans using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

• Monitor and track project progress, changes to scope, schedule, and costs

• Lead regular project status meetings and maintain accurate documentation

• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues proactively

• Shapes project strategy and success criteria

• Influences roadmaps, priorities, and trade-offs

• Managing competing stakeholder interests

• Owns executive communications and escalations

• Develop and maintain Gantt charts, work breakdown structures (WBS), and detailed schedules

• Define milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

• Manage phase-gate reviews and ensure proper documentation at each stage

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and earned value metrics

• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders

• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across business and technical teams

• Provide regular reports and presentations to executives and sponsors

• Extensive, proven experience of Project/Delivery Management

• Confident and comfortable influencing and interfacing with Senior Leadership Team and C-Suite level Directors

• PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification

• Positive, self-starting and solutions focused approach

• Exceptional collaborator and clear communicator

• Hands-on experience of managing both 3rd party and internal stakeholders

• Highly organised with excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Nimble and adaptable working style, used to working in fast-paced environments

• Experience within the Utilities sector would be highly desirable
