Scope of the Role

The Process Analyst support us in optimising our business processes and gain commercial insights from the data we send and receive. The role will work will require building key working relationships with our CEO, Operations Director, Operations Manager and all internal departments, as well as external customers, Third Party Intermediaries and Industry bodies.

The role will require an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our high calibre and hardworking team, at an exciting and pivotal time supporting and maintaining the business growth.

You will need a ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record in data and analysis so that you can spur on change and start making a difference straight away.

We provide full training and continuous coaching inhouse you will be given full in-depth regulated industry knowledge and have all the tools necessary to help you personally grow your career with the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain a central repository of all Evolve Energy’s` process documentation and ensure they remain current and accessible to all staff

  • Create process documentation, process maps and user guides

  • Meeting with departments to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business

  • Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.

  • Experience of identifying and defining the ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-be’ business processes

  • Documenting models of the current and desired processes

  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels

  • Supports the compliance team during audits by creating/updating process documentation

GENERAL

  • Work collaboratively across Evolve Energy Departments.

  • Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that the department’s work meets all organisational and legal frameworks; including but not exhaustively health and safety, safeguarding policies, GDPR, licensing and equality, diversity and inclusion.

  • Write reports and compile statistics on activity as required.

  • Ensure up to date record keeping on activity and clear information management.

Personal Specification Skills & Experience

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

  • Experience working as a Process Analyst - Investigates problems and analyses options for new and existing services. Provides recommendations to solutions. Works with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities and potential benefits available.

  • Experience of Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis and Root cause analysis.

  • Excellent people skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of people to meet deadlines

  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment, with an ability to handle numerous projects with competing deadlines and priorities

  • Computer literate – Excel, Word, Mac & Windows OS.

  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Bonus Points if You:

  • Experience of working in the Utility industry would be valuable but those new to the industry will be given all necessary support by our experienced staff.

  • Self-motivated

  • Adaptable, with a willingness to learn
